Rara aves

I have so much to say about the past two weeks, some very overdue meet ups have taken place and I don’t have the words to express how happy most of these have made me.  Some pictures below, just from the weekend, including three of me, unheard of.  Firstly, my old friend Sherry was passing through Edinburgh, en route from Orkney.  We are wearing poppies for a reason.  I just enjoyed seeing her so much.

Secondly, it was end of term on Saturday for the Lyceum subscribers, so, as has become the norm, we went for a jolly nice meal afterwards.  Oh, the play was good too.

Lastly, Sunday was a really dreich day, haar, smirr, rain, drizzle, you name it, so a projected walk up Glen Devon turned into a stroll around Drummond Castle gardens, near Muthill.  (Myoo-thill, not Mutt-hill).   We had fun when we came home and reviewed the pictures while listening to the Game of Thrones musical soundtrack.  Made them most ominous.  I think part of Outlander  may have been filmed here too.   Anyway, you can hum it to yourself and see if it works.

And now here I am again, we were being rude, hence the immoderate laughter.
