I have been educated to tertiary level.  I have held down responsible positions within various logistics and financial services institutions for nearly thirty years.  I can wrangle spreadsheets.  I have a blog and a Twitter account.  I can work Facebook.

So why the hell can I not upload a stupid talking book to my iPad?
