Bend It


So, I’m back home from Pilates, having done more with my intercostal and abdominal muscles in 1 hour than in the previous 336, including band practice last night, and I am just looking ahead to what the weekend will bring.  As ever, detail will be in retrospect, but it’s shaping up to be a busy one.  Some quiet time now, I think.

With some Elbow, natch.
