..unusual for me to be dumbstruck (if you know me) but…

I’m listening to the new Kate Bush Album, a rework of some tracks from her albums The Sensual World, and The Red Shoes. [The Director’s Cut]

She’s about the same age as me.  If I could revisit some past works and inject them with a sixteenth of the energy, reinterpretation and reinvention, I’d be so proud.  As it is, I’m blooming glad I can just listen and remember.  I love now but I so appreciate the chance to look back to then.

No wonder magazine reviewers cried, that’s all I can say.
