As usual, on holiday now and wondering if it’s really such a good idea, should still be there, doing stuff.  God knows the list is long enough.

New car tomorrow!  Blessed and much loved SK##, which has driven us on so many large, medium and small adventures, is growing old, so with a heavy heart we have to say farewell.   Every morning this week I have patted its nose gently (don’ t want to set off the alarm) and intoned the mantra “You’re just a lump of metal,”  pace posts here in 2006, whilst sniffing gently on the way to work.    Does anyone else do this sort of thing?

New car in the drive, it’s already been to Dunfy retail park, Dad’s, Elspeth’s, the petrol diesel garage, ASDA and the recycling facility aka the dump.
