Below are pictures of some birds we have seen recently.  I did not have the camera to hand when I saw the tree sparrow in our garden but we have been fortunate to see some less common visitors of late, no doubt exploiting all opportunities for food, after the awful weather earlier in the year.

In no particular order then,  a rubbish picture of a black cap in the Bay, a male siskin, Lady the osprey at the Loch of the Lowes (via remote feed) a woodpecker, and a brace of pheasant.

Paul also took pictures of a redpoll at LoL, while we officially entertained a charm of goldfinches (three) at the weekend.
